A cleansing, nutritious and delicious macrobiotic meal has been specially designed for our retreat guests by our macrobiotic expert Charlotte Wirnsberger under the specific guidance of Chuya and Chiaki. All meals are prepared in the way that makes it easier to chew, and keep a focus on accelerating the detoxification of your body.
The menu is nutritionally balanced and prepared according to the macrobiotic principle topped with Chuya’s specially designed half-fasting menu in Australia. Herbal tea, fruit juice (where necessary) and vegetable soup are served throughout the retreat.
There will be some hands on classes during the retreat on how to prepare nutritionally rich and healthy dishes. This will give all participants a chance to practically understand the wisdom of macrobiotic meals.
